I am a disabled visitor, does my carer need to pay for a ticket

For our Guided Tours of Knowsley Hall a carer of a registered, paying, disabled visitor is entitled to complimentary admission to Knowsley Hall.  Carer’s must provide evidence such as a blue badge or documentation from the DWP.  Please call the estate office on 0151 489 4827 to notify us before purchasing your ticket.

Parking

There is free parking facilities on site

Cash Machine

There is no cash machine on site but we do have a card facility.  We operate as a cashless business.

Refund Policy

Tickets to events are non-refundable and non-transferable.   You may be offered the option to move your booking to an alternative date should there be availability and you notify us within reasonable notice.  In the event of us cancelling the event you will be offered a full refund.

Disabled access

Should you have a disability please alert us prior to your arrival so we can inform the team and advise you where best to park and enter the Hall.  Whilst we make every effort to make as many rooms in the Hall as wheelchair accessible as possible, due to the nature and age of the building we are unable to guarantee all the rooms have easy access.

Are animals allowed?

Animals are not permitted on the Knowsley Estate.

Toilet facilities

There are toilets in the Hall that will be open for use.  

Will tickets for an event be posted out to me?

Tickets will not be posted out to you.  You will receive an e-ticket that you can show on your mobile phone or tablet.
