Captain Richard's Bedroom was the room in which Captain Richard Stanley, the present Earl's Uncle grew up, It’s a spacious king size en-suite bedroom with large bay windows looking out onto both the Front Courtyard and wider Estate. 

BRIEF HISTORY
Captain Richard Stanley served at Windsor Castle providing protection for the young Princesses, the late HM The Queen and the late Princess Margaret. He later became Conservative MP for North Fylde before turning his hand to horseracing and owned the New England Stud in Newmarket.
